Welcome to Avalon 506! This beautiful 3 Br / 3 Bath condo is just a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the indoor pool, gym, and sauna when the weather gets bad. This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, 4 TV's, 3 DVD players, free Wi Fi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Located in the north end of OC, close to amusements, shopping and great restaurants! The unit is non smoking and no pets are allowed. Occupancy is 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Owner also supplies 1 crib, 1 pack n' play, 1 highchair, 3 booster seats.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
