The gorgeous interior is sunny and cheerful and has been designed and decorated with vacation guests in mind. Luxurious features include free WiFi access, a well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a jetted Whirlpool tub in the main bath, a gas fireplace, a full-size washer/dryer, and so much more!
Parking notes:
Parking is available for two vehicles. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times and you're to park in the assigned parking space. You will receive the parking passes at tour office during check in. If not, your vehicle is subjected to be towed at the owner's expense. Additional street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis at City Meters and Paid Lots paid by owner's expense. All paid areas are enforced from April 1st - October 31st.
our property requires a special amenities key or parking permit. Missing items are subjected to a replacement cost ($100 per garage remote). These items MUST be returned to your check-in location listed on your check in envelope. Missing items will be charged to the credit card on file if not returned.
Please note - sheets, towels, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. The owner does provide a starter packages of soaps and paper products.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
