The condo also features a comfortable livingroom and dining area, as well as the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room. The owner provides 4 TV's ( living room and master bedroom have cable, other two bedrooms have smart TV's), and free WiFi. & you do get 2 parking spaces - a luxury in downtown OC! Of course there is central a/c, smoking and animals are prohibited. Book early - prime properties on the Boardwalk rent quickly!
