It offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, central a/c, and off site parking for 2 cars within a block radius of the building. The condo is non smoking, for families only, no pets allowed. Bldg WIFI. Occupancy 12. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
