What are the standard check-in schedules, and what if we arrive late?

Weekly rentals begin on Saturday, Sunday, or Thursday, depending on the property. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM at our office located at 3409 Coastal Highway (34th Street & Coastal Highway). If you’ll be arriving after 5:00 PM, just give us a call before you arrive and we’ll be happy to arrange an after-hours key pickup.

What items are provided in the property, and what should we bring?

Every weekly rental includes a fully equipped kitchen with standard appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Unless otherwise noted in the property listing, guests should bring their own linens, towels, and paper products. If you’d rather travel light, you can rent a complete linen package through our local partner, OC Beach and Linen Rental.

How do cancellations work, and is there a way to protect our trip?

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are refunded only if the property is successfully re-rented for the same dates. For added peace of mind, optional Sun Trip Preserver Travel Insurance is available to help protect your vacation investment if unexpected events affect your trip.
