What are the check-in and check-out days for a mini-week?

Mini-week rentals offer flexible 3- or 4-night stays with Thursday or Sunday arrivals. Thursday check-in: Check out Sunday (3 nights) or Monday (4 nights). Sunday check-in: Check out Wednesday (3 nights) or Thursday (4 nights). Traditional Friday-to-Sunday weekend bookings are not available.

What time is check-in, and what if I arrive late in the evening?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM at our office located at 3409 Coastal Highway (34th Street & Coastal Highway). Our housekeeping and inspection teams spend the morning preparing each property for arriving guests, so we ask that you wait until 3:00 PM before heading to your rental. Arriving after 5:00 PM? Just give us a call before you arrive, and we’ll be happy to arrange an after-hours key pickup.

Are linens and towels provided with my mini-week stay?

Unless otherwise noted in the property listing, guests should plan to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products. To save packing space, you can also rent a complete linen package through our local partner, OC Beach and Linen Rental, and have everything ready when you arrive.

How does parking work for a shorter beach stay?

Parking varies by property, and some condominium buildings require a separate parking registration fee. Be sure to review your property’s listing for parking details before you arrive. Please note that Ocean City, MD ordinances prohibit parking boat trailers on city streets or in condominium lots.
