Parking varies by property. Some vacation rentals include one parking space, while others include two or more. Please review your property’s listing or contact our reservation team for parking details before you arrive.
If you’ll be arriving after 5:00 PM, please call our office before you arrive so we can provide instructions for your after-hours check-in. Guests staying at Assateague Pointe should check in at the on-site sales center located just inside the entrance.
Yes. If your vacation rental is ready before our standard 3:00 PM check-in time, we’ll do our best to let you know so you can begin your stay early.
Linen packages are available through our local partner, OC Beach & Linen Rental and can be ordered based on your bed sizes. Each sheet package includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases, while towel packages include a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Additional rental items are also available through their website.
No. Linen packages are provided for the duration of your stay and are not refreshed daily.
Unless otherwise noted in the property listing, pets are not permitted in OCVacations rental properties. If a property allows pets, it will be clearly identified in the listing before you book.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a refund, less the $150 administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are refunded only if the property is successfully re-rented for the same dates. If re-rented, the refund will be reduced by the $150 administration fee plus 16% of the base rent. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We also recommend purchasing optional Red Sky Sun Trip Preserver Travel Insurance to help protect your vacation investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason.

Yes. During the summer season, beach chair and umbrella rentals are available from beach service stands located along Ocean City’s public beaches. Beach umbrellas, towels, and other vacation essentials are also available through our local partner, OC Beach & Linen Rental.
