How do security deposits and accidental damage protection work?

Depending on the property, reservations include either a non-refundable $59 Accidental Damage Protection Program or a refundable security deposit set by the property owner. Refundable deposits begin at $50 and are typically returned within 30 days of check-out, less any charges for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items such as keys, pool tags, or parking permits.

What are the parking limitations for larger groups or trailers?

Parking varies by property, and some buildings have limited spaces or cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. Be sure to review your property’s listing for parking details, as some condominium buildings also charge a separate registration fee. Please note that Ocean City, MD does not allow boat trailers or other trailers to be parked on city streets or in condominium parking lots.

What are the standard check-in hours and procedures for our group?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM at our office located at 3409 Coastal Highway (34th Street & Coastal Highway). If your group will be arriving after 5:00 PM, just give us a call before you arrive and we’ll be happy to arrange an after-hours key pickup.
