Central A/C, two reserved parking spots under the building, and additional free street parking (first-come, first-served) add even more convenience. The owner provides access to a ground-level storage unit, stocked at the start of the season with a beach buggy, 8 beach chairs, and an umbrella—making beach trips effortless. (Please note: replacement of beach accessories is not guaranteed.) This smoke-free, pet-free property does not supply linens or paper products, but a linen package (including sheets and towels) is available for an extra charge.
