Just updated, and at over 1,800 sq. ft., this spacious and inviting home away from home offers 3 en suite bedrooms/baths, with access to the 3rd bath from the hallway. Make memories with family and friends and feel the stress melt away as you relax on the beautiful new furniture and enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, family room, and all bedrooms. Royal Beach 202 includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, free WiFi, 4 smart TV's with YouTube TV, and a balcony with beautiful outdoor seating, including high-top furniture to fully enjoy those ocean views. There is an outdoor pool on the same level as this condo, which makes it so convenient, especially if you have young children with you. There are beds for 8 people, a pack-n-play, and the enormous Lovesac family room sofa can easily sleep two adults. ( please note that groups under the age of 25 are not permitted. ) Of course, there is central a/c and also reserved parking under the building for 2 cars. For easy trips to and from the beach, the owner allows use of the ground level storage unit and it is starting the season stocked with a beach buggy, 6 beach chairs, and an umbrella. (Please note that if beach chairs/accessories break or go missing, replacements are not guaranteed.) The property is non-smoking and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
