2007 Boardwalk - ( also know as Six on the Boardwalk Central), This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is located directly on the famous Ocean City boardwalk and is a direct ocean front unit offering fantastic sunrises. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms are separated by newly installed retractable barn doors. Great for families! Central ac, sleeps 10, 3 TV/3 DVD players, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and parking for 2. This property is non smoking and animals are prohibited.
Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
