The condo boasts of a bay front outdoor pool, an area for fishing/crabbing and even outdoor grilling. They also have a coin operated laundry room on the first floor for easy access. Boat docks are available, first come first served, and advance payment and registration is required. $75 weekly, $50 weekend. There is parking for 1 car, and the unit is non smoking. No pets allowed. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
