The building has a heated outdoor pool making this property enjoyable even on cold days. The unit has 3 smart T.V's, Free WiFi, netflix with guest login, cable tv with family/entertainment package, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new carpets, soft close cabinets, washer and dryer and newly remodeled bathrooms. The building does charge tenants a registration fee of $50.00 for parking and building amenities (pay upon arrival). The condo has 1 assigned parking space, and maximum occupancy is 6. Absolutely no smoking on the premises to include entire unit, balcony, building, and common areas, Please note - the owner does pay for cleanings and provides a starter package that includes some soap and paper products. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
