Such a fantastic place to spend your vacation - the community offers 2 outdoor pools, a club house, game room, play grounds, basketball half court, catch and release ponds, paddle boats, horse shoe pits, picnic areas, volley ball net, and a lighted fishing pier extending into the bay. Located in a great West Ocean City neighborhood, you are close to the outlets, super restaurants, Assateague Island, and right next door is a water park, mini golf, a western themed park, and ice cream parlor. This home offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 TVs, (TV in 2nd bedroom does not have cable box, roku, Netflix, and internet only)DVD player, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. "this home offers free wifi" This home is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy is for 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
