Located within the private Gated community of Asssateague Pointe, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath sits right on one of the community's fully stocked fishing ponds (catch and release only) . The community offers 2 beautiful outdoor pools, playground , complimentary paddle boats, lighted fishing pier into the bay for fishing and crabbing, basketball half court and more.. The community is just 3 miles away from Ocean City's beaches and attractions, and right next door to Frontier Town Western Theme Park and water-park. Occupancy 6. No pets and no smoking.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
