The property features free WiFi, cable TV, a DVD player, three TVs, central A/C, three ceiling fans, a brand-new washer and dryer, an ice maker in the refrigerator, an outdoor hose, and a private courtyard with afternoon shade—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Assateague Pointe offers a wide variety of amenities for all ages, including two beautiful outdoor pools, playgrounds, complimentary paddle boats, a lighted fishing and crabbing pier into the bay, a basketball half court, and more. Ideally located just three miles from Ocean City’s beaches and attractions and right next door to Frontier Town Western Theme Park and water park, this home provides easy access to local fun. Occupancy is limited to six guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
