The community features amenities for all ages, including two large outdoor pools, a recreation room, a fishing pier into the bay, stocked fishing ponds, complimentary paddle boats, a basketball half court, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Conveniently located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, this home provides a great base for your coastal vacation. Occupancy is limited to six guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.
