The home offers a queen bed in the main bedroom, a bunkbed of two doubles in the second bedroom, and for extra sleeping, the sofa in the living room opens to a double. There is a kitchen, central a/c, 2 smart TV's available for your streaming services, Free WiFi, and parking for 2 cars. This property also has a delightful courtyard comfortably furnished for those evening family get togethers. The community has 2 beautiful outdoor pools, a clubhouse, a rec room with laundry facilities, stocked fishing ponds, a lighted fishing pier, and various playground and picnic areas. Just a short ride to the beaches at Assateague Island or Ocean City. This property does not allow smoking or animals. Occupancy limit is 8. The owner does provide a starter package of soaps and paper products. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
