The condo features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, Free WiFi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. It is non-smoking throughout the condo and building, and pets are not allowed. The property accommodates up to 7 guests and offers mini-week rentals all summer. Please note that sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied, but a linen package can be rented for an extra charge.
