This pretty 3 bedroom condo is super cozy, comfy and clean! Enjoy a large balcony overlooking the canal for those al fresco meals, or simply enjoying a sunset or boat traffic. The condo is spacious, and includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's ( premium cable in season, basic cable off season), 2 DVD players, and free Wifi. Of course there is central a/c, and parking for 2 vehicles. The building offers an outdoor pool as well. This building is easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Truly a location you will want to revisit year after year. The condo is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Occupancy is for up to 8 people. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
