Close to the beach and Convention Center, this cozy 1 bedroom condo offers full accommmodations for up to 6 people. While there, enjoy the outdoor bay front pool, boat docks, ( Obtain pricing & reserve through resident mgr. 1st come basis) , being close to the beach, and just half mile away from the boardwalk. The condo includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, Free Wifi, central a/c, parking for 1 car, and on site management. Non smoking, no pets. Will do mini week rentals all summer long. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
