This pretty condo has great ocean views from the living room and dining area. On the 17th floor, this is the 1st unit off the direct oceanfront. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 TV's,(premium cable package),1 DVD (reg and blu ray), free Wi-Fi service, central a/c, and parking for 1 car. The owner does provide a starter package of paper and soap products. The building charges a non refundable registration fee due on arrival. 1 extra parking spot(if available)for approx. $55. Unit is non smoking, no pets please. *Will do mini weeks all summer* Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
