Cute as can be, ocean front condo, with a little private beach area, ( perfect for kids to play in), before you go over the dune to the water. The unit has an oceanfront living room and bedroom, a galley kitchen ( no dishwasher ), and full bath off the hallway, then the back bedroom has access to a second bath that has a sink and toilet, and then that bathroom opens up to a laundry room that has a shower. That laundry room can be accessed from the hall, or from the bedroom/ half bath. Located in a great area with restaurants and shops close by, the condo itself offers a washer/dryer, 2 TV's, and central a/c. Parking at the building is not guaranteed. There are 5 spots for 6 units, first come, first serve. There is street parking available as well. The unit is non smoking and pets are not allowed. Occupancy is for 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
