This condo is fully equipped with kitchen, full size washer/dryer, microwave, TV, Free WiFi, phone, central a/c, furniture on both balconies, and parking for 1 car. Enjoy the outdoor pool and tennis too! Smoking allowed on balconies only. The building charges a registration fee due on arrival. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
