This is an older building, but the condo is kept in great condition - it's one of the few that still reminds you of what OC used to be about. Family fun, & lots of memories to make here! The condo has a kitchen, 4 TV's, DVD player, Free Wifi, shared laundry room on the premises, and 4 window a/c units. The occupancy is 6, there is parking for 1 car, and the property does not allow smoking or pets. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
