The condo offers a full kitchen, a full sized washer/dryer, 4TV's, 3 DVD players, free Wi-Fi, no cable/ only streaming services, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The unit is non-smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 12. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
