Accommodating up to 10 people, this home features 4 bedrooms and a loft, along with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and three baths. (The 4th bedroom has its own separate entrance and deck overlooking the pool.) Enjoy sunbathing on the three spacious decks, furnished with comfortable deck furniture. The condo includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs (with a premium cable package), Netflix, 2 DVD players, Free WiFi, a telephone, central A/C, and parking for 1-2 cars in the garage, depending on vehicle size. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Note – there is also additional street parking in the area. Please note: sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
