Located just behind the ocean front townhouses, this one is situated to have ocean views from the living room, bedroom, loft, and 2 huge decks. You also get a fantastic pool view from the deck on the other side! Plenty of room for the 10 people this home accommodates. There are 4 bedrooms, and a loft, in addition to the living room, kitchen, dining area and three baths. (the 4th bedroom has it's own separate entrance and deck overlooking pool.) Did I mention 3 huge decks to sunbathe on? (The owner has supplied lots of comfy deck furniture.) There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV's, (with premium cable package)Netflix, 2 DVD players, Free WiFi, telephone, central a/c, and parking for 1 -2 cars in the garage, depending on vehicle size. The property is Non Smoking, Pets are Not allowed. *Note - there is also quite a bit of street parking in this area. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
