With direct beach access just steps away, it’s easy for kids (and adults!) to come and go as they please, making every day a breeze. The community also offers a refreshing outdoor pool and is conveniently located near popular midtown restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, central A/C, and three TVs with Free Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay. Parking for up to four vehicles is included for your convenience.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday, with accommodations for up to 12 guests.
Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available for an additional fee.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
