Accommodating up to 12 guests, it is located on the 4th floor with magnificent ocean views and plenty of windows to let in the sunshine. Enjoy a large balcony off the oceanfront living room where you can watch and hear the waves. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen for family meals, your own washer/dryer in the unit, 3 smart TVs with Roku and streaming services, free WiFi, central A/C, and parking for 2 cars. Relax by the large outdoor pool, sundeck, or children’s pool! Whether you’re walking the beach, exploring nearby restaurants and shops, lounging by the pool, or just a short distance to the Boardwalk and other amusements, this is the perfect spot for your family vacation.
The property is non smoking and animals are prohibited. The building does charge a non refundable registration fee due on arrival. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
