Also being located across the street from the Convention Center is perfect for those attending special events. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs, central A/C, free Wi-Fi, and basic cable. Enjoy spacious balconies and two parking spaces. This non-smoking unit accommodates up to 8 guests, and pets are not allowed.
Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided, but a linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an additional charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
