There is nothing like this view! With everything new, it's a joy to spend your vacation here.... lay in bed and watch beautiful sunrises, or enjoy lazy days on the beach, there is a newly renovated kitchen to prepare meals, and a comfortable deck to sit out and enjoy the salt air. This building does have a private, gated entrance to the beach, and a hose off area when leaving the beach.� The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washer/dryer, 4 TV's, ( LR and MB have cable with a wide variety of channels. back 2 bedrooms have Roku which includes Netflix and Disney). There is free Wifi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Located in a great mid town location, you are very close to many restaurants, shopping and night life. The property is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy is set for 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
