The owner provides 2 TV's/VCR's/DVD's, Free Wifi, and telephone service. The condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The building is close to area restaurants and shops. The property is non smoking, and does not allow pets. Call about off season weekend rentals. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
