This 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 10, and is in midtown Ocean City, within walking distance to many popular restaurants, such a s Seacrets and Macky's, and the Convention Center. There is convenient and safe access to the beach with both a traffic light and crosswalk within the block. This unit comes with a well equipped kitchen including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, slow cooker, many useful cooking utensils, and a new washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Sunset Bay complex offers an outdoor pool with a hot tub, and a pier to fish or crab from. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
