( great for families with small children!) Enjoy updated decor, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, a combined dining/ living area for the family to congregate, an en suite ocean front bedroom with balcony access, and a second bedroom and bath too. This is an end unit with a side window that brings in the sunlight - just gorgeous! Condo is fully equipped, and comes with 3 TV's, Free WiFi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Neat feature; there is a sandy area between the building and the dunes which gives the kids a safe place to play, without having to worry about them being near the water. Cross the dunes, and there is the beach and ocean. Added perk - the owner does provide a linen package and a starter package of soaps, detergents, and paper products! The condo has accommodations for 6, and is a Non Smoking condo in a non smoking building, animals are prohibited. Check in at 3PM , No early Check ins.
