Non smoking, No pets please, 1 Car Parking (extra parking available for a 2nd spot, 1st come 1st serve basis.) & Outdoor Pool. Occupancy 10. (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. )
