There is a coin operated laundry room in the building for tenants use. Boat docks are available, first come first served, advance payment and registration required. $75 weekly, $50 weekend. There is parking for 1 car, the unit is non smoking.No pets allowed. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
