This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, which includes a convenient hide-away bed in the living room, offers stunning southern views of the ocean, pool, and bay. No hassle beach access, no crosswalks to worry about! You’ll have complete control over the A/C thermostat and enjoy the comfort of a large-capacity water heater. The condo is equipped with three TVs with HDMI connections and free Wi-Fi. Guests also have access to an exercise room, an outdoor pool, and a coin-operated laundry room. Please note that the building charges a non-refundable registration fee of $50, due upon arrival. This family-oriented condo does not allow groups, pets, or smoking. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
