Welcome to the Captains Cottage! Enjoy this charming, spacious and comfortable home with modern touches. Located in a quiet bayside neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach! Offering an open floor plan, with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths allow for a comfortable stay for a family of up to 13 guests. There are 5 TV's that offer streaming services, and free Wi-Fi. (No cable package). Three Queen beds (one with trundle), three twin beds (one with trundle), futon and sectional couch make for plenty of comfortable sleeping space! A great full kitchen for quick meals before the beach or use the back yard for and after beach cookout. Two dedicated parking spaces, no smoking, no pets. This property includes a starter package of soap and paper products.
* Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
