It's an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, just a short block to the White Marlin Open Weigh In, and a desirable distance to all the music festivals and other boardwalk fun. This apartment has 1.5 full baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 smart TV's, ( no cable), and 4 a/c units. The property has parking for 1 car, it is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Occupancy is for 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. * The owner does supply a starter package of soaps and paper products. *
