No hassle beach access, no crosswalks to worry about! Both Roku Streaming and Comcast Xfinity are available on the Living Room TV. You’ll have complete control over the A/C thermostat and enjoy the comfort of a large-capacity water heater. The condo is equipped with three TVs with HDMI connections and free Wi-Fi. NO CABLE, but TVs are ROKU. Guests also have access to an exercise room, an outdoor pool, and a coin-operated laundry room. This family-oriented condo does not allow groups, pets, or smoking. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
