Located within the private gated community of Assateague Pointe, with all the comforts of home, this 3bedroom home offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TV's with Firesticks , and central a/c. The community offers 2 large outdoor pools, rec room, fishing pier into the bay, stocked fishing ponds and paddle boats, to the basketball half court, playgrounds and picnic sites. Located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. The home is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy 5. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
