Located in the charming gated community of Assateague Pointe, this 2-bedroom home offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, microwave, three TVs, a DVD player, and central A/C. The property also includes parking for two vehicles and is strictly non-smoking. While staying at Assateague Pointe, guests can enjoy a variety of amenities including two large outdoor pools, a clubhouse, game room, stocked fishing ponds, complimentary paddle boats, a lighted fishing pier, and more. Conveniently located near West Ocean City’s restaurants, outlet shopping, and just a short drive to the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague Island. Occupancy is limited to six guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.
