Cute 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in great midtown location, with super ocean views from the balcony! Perfect for convention goers, as the Convention Center is right across the street! Enjoy being steps to the beach, plus close to many restaurants, nightlife and shopping. This condo has a small kitchenette, ( includes a hot plate, but no oven or dishwasher ) 2TV's, Free Wifi, outdoor pool, and 2 room ac units, ( the one in the bedroom is portable.) Occupancy is for 4/5, smoking is not allowed, and pets are prohibited , no washer or dryer. There is no elevator at this building. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
