The building has a beautiful indoor pool and exercise room for your enjoyment. The owner pays the $50 parking fee for you for 1 car. The condo is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Occupancy for 7. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
