The owner has whimsically named the property " When Pigs Fly." This property sparkles, and is so close to great shopping, restaurants, amusements and the beach! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, right down to the keurig coffee maker, as well as free WiFi, 3 TV's, DVD player, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The property has a maximum occupancy of 6, smoking and animals prohibited. This is a perfect location, tucked in a quiet courtyard, but close to everything! Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. The owner does provide a starter package of soap, detergent and paper products.
