Enjoy an oceanfront view from your private balcony, and the convenient mid-town location close to many restraunts. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Free WiFi, central a/c, and 1 car parking. The property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Occupancy is 5. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
