The open living and dining areas flow seamlessly to an expansive corner deck where you can nearly touch the water, creating the perfect setting for entertaining and enjoying Ocean City's most breathtaking sunsets. Boat slips accommodating vessels up to 24 feet are available for weekly rental through the building’s management company for $300 (arranged in advance, subject to availability). The condo also features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, three TVs with Roku access, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C. Assigned parking is provided for one vehicle, with one additional guest spot per unit. This is a non-smoking, no-pets property. Please bring your own sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies, or opt for a linen package available for an additional fee.
