This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 2nd floor checks all those boxes and more! The spacious living room, dining area and expansive corner deck where you can almost touch the water are perfect for entertaining and enjoying the best sunsets in Ocean City. If a boat dock is important to you, they are available for weekly rental through the building management company. This must be arranged ahead of time and is based on availability. Cost is $300 per week. The slips can accommodate a boat up to 24'. Please call for more information. ?This property is also equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 TV's with Roku access, a DVD player, free WiFi, and central a/c. There is assigned parking for 1 vehicle, and 1 guest spot per unit. The property is non smoking and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
