The unit is equipped with kitchen, microwave, coffee maker ,�3 TV'S, VCR, DVD player, Free WiFi, and a/c. There is also a laundry room on the penthouse level of this building. ** Parking for 2 cars, a non-refundable parking fee for each car is charged by the building and due on arrival, $40 per car approx. *** Off season weekends available *** Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
