This condo has a double murphy bed, double sofa bed, sleeps 4, full kitchen, plus washer/dryer, TV, WiFi, and parking for 2 cars. This property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited.
** This can also be rented as a summer seasonal, mid May - mid Sept for $10,000.00, or an 8 month lease for $1250 per month. Call for details. **

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
