This nicely furnished condo is on the north side of the building with a view of the ocean. Originally a two bedroom and den floor plan, the owner has enclosed the den to make it a private 3rd bedroom. It is fully equipped including kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV'S with satellite cable, VCR, DVD player, Free WiFi, and central a/c. The owner provides a starter bag of soaps, detergents and paper goods. Enjoy all the Sea Watch has to offer - indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground, game room, exercise room, on site shops, private parking for 1 car. (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. ) The bldg charges a non refundable $50.00 registration fee due on arrival. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
