The condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths , blow dryers in all baths, large living & sitting area, complete kitchen, top of the line electronics package including 4 flat screen TV's, one is a 42" in the living room with 7 speaker surround sound. All TV's have game hook ups. Enjoy a Dippin Dots downstairs. There are 2 assigned parking spots for the condo in a 1 block proximity. Property is non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 10. Please note - the owner does provide a linen package with sheets and towels. Guest will need to supply detergents, soaps and paper products.
