This cute & cozy 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is located in sought after North Ocean City. Located just a block from the beach and close walk to Northside Park and restaurants, with ocean and bay views from the nicely appointed private balcony. The unit features full kitchen ,full size washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and WIFI . Primary bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has a double bed, & the living room features a queen sleep sofa bed. (Fireplace is not for guests use) The building features a secure lobby ,and elevator, with one car parking under the building. There is first come first serve parking on side street for additional parking. This property sleeps 6, animals and smoking prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
